With over 8 years of experience with the City of San Juan, Richard has played an essential role in shaping the city’s media presence. Originally serving as Library Manager, Richard now brings his expertise to the I.T. department, focusing on video production and editing. From capturing and editing city commission videos to assisting with event coverage and special holiday projects, he handles it all. Richard also supports the city by designing and publishing flyers for various departments, including the Library, EDC, Recycling, and Sanitation. His dedication and skill are key to the city’s media success.
