Service Fees
Building Permits will be based on current International Code Council Building Schedules of Valuation Amounts Per Square Foot of Improvement adopted every year. Payment is required in order to process some applications.

I am responsible for overseeing land use planning, zoning regulations, and development initiatives to ensure our community grows in a sustainable and organized manner. By collaborating with city officials, developers, and residents, I help translate community goals into actionable plans. My role includes reviewing development proposals, managing zoning ordinances, and guiding projects that enhance the quality of life for our residents while preserving the unique character of our city.
